What is the pan?!? (The pan is so heavy)

In the last couple of JOSS updates, the talk from Team Canada was that of a "heavy pan", and in the awards ceremony they wouldn't stop talking about how heavy "the pan" was. What does everybody think it is?
My guess is that it involves a 360º pan shot of one of the features, including a time-lapse. What I mean by that is this: Picture a shot of one of the riders hitting a jump, normal speed or even slow-mo. The camera then begins to pan to either side, and a time lapse begins, where the viewer sees a 360º view of Are, as the day goes by. As the camera comes back to the feature, it pans around 'just in time' to see one of the other riders (or the same one) hit the same feature, but with a completely different backdrop (sunset?).
That's my guess. Anybody else have any ideas?
 
well i just read the title but after reading the thread i completely disagree with you and theres no way thats it. how does that have anything to do with a physical pan and it being heavy
 
but your prediction wouldnt be funny and everyone said it was the funniest thing ever. and it still has nothing to do with it being heavy
 
Chug was cooking eggs on like the second morning they were there and he was walking around with the pan and it accidentally slipped out of his handswhen he was leaning out the window to talk to tj. it hit tj in the shoulder and he didn't ski for like 2 days. clarke got it on tape so they decided to use it as the intro to the video. that became the joke around joss for the rest of the comp that the pan was too heavy.

now you guys know the secret. you could have just waited 2 days to find out but now you know the truth

i know right? i didn't have a lot of karma to begin with and it went down like 100 points. and i'm VERY self conscious about my karma. i just made it up but even if i didn't people shouldn't care so much. if someone told me what happens it just makes me more stoked to see it. this was fun though. sooo.. who wants to raise my karma back up?
 
Ahhh! I am surprised NSers are actually that gullible to believe your story, although it is well written. For that I give you 10/10 sir.
 
I didn't read any of this thread, but your icon looks like some dude is leaning back and raising his boner to stick it in the guy in front of him whose bent over hahaha
