What is the JIBYARD to me?

like billups said up there somewhere come to cincinnati by perfect north slopes there is a huge scene out here but we only get about 3 months for a season and have nothing better to o for the other 9 months but hit up gyms and skate and all that shit, perfects might be willing to help with some rails too

The Ogden UT Jibyard is so ill, you all need to come and check it out!!!!

It sounds like the comp/ TV Show on July 28th is going to go off! I urge you all to come show your support for this place on the 28th and help this place keep core for all skiers for many years to come.

See you there!!

The Jibyard is ill. I am so stoked on that place because I can go there and ride for hours and not get bored at all, it is so much fun and it WILL improve your riding. I guarantee anyone who goes will learn new tricks every time. If you watch the kids who ride there a lot, its amazing to see how much they improve and how quickly they do it.
With the new rails and boxes being built all the time, the constant improvements, the rider input that they put into the place, the jump thats being built, and the weekend packages and whatnot that are coming, this place is the ultimate training ground.
I also think a Jibyard in the midwest would be sick, although its almost scary to think how good kids would be if they had something like this there....
Congrats Brad & Mike

Considering how quickly kids learn around here on ice and stuff, I can only imagine how quickly they would learn on a super low risk interchangeable set up like the Jibyard.

The comp this morning went off. I can't believe how many people came at 5:30 in the morning. Congrates to the winners. Thomas Hues (Snowboard) Eric Gambels (Ski)

^^^ that is very true. you definately keep loose and its really not horrible as long is you were a light shirt but a yesterday it was like 10 degrees cooler outside haha

brad i miss the jibyard so much!!!

i get to ride there on saturday for the first time in three weeks!!=]

you sould keep it going all night that night man

hey josh... maybe you should ask for super super super legit industrial fans! like a legit number of them haha

brads got fans at just about every corner of the place. they help sooooooo much. wen your drenched in sweat and the fan hits you its like the best feeling ever

Is the Jibyard a good place for people to learn rails the first time...I really want to go but I'd have to split gas with someone and my buddies don;t do rails, but maybe I could talk them into learning...

I blew my knee in January and didn't get to ski all season. I got 270 on, front and blind switchups with various spins off in a day. also nose tappy things onto rails and half switchups to various nollies off, which I learned there.
it's such a fun sessioning vibe.

you really do learn how to jib reeaallly fast. i could ride rails but they always scared me but now i got lots of confidence. everyone is wayy chill to. its the most amazing place to learn. you can learn on the mellow fun box then take it to the long down box then to the street style rails. its the best place to progress hands down
