What is the JIBYARD to me?

I get asked a lot of questions about what the Jibyard is, and I wanted to tell you all what it is to me.
I loved spending everyday of my life jibbing and chilling with riders from all over the place, and watching them progress so much in just one day. The Jibyard is an indoor ski and snowboard terrain park, but to me it us so more than that....The Jibyard is my dream.
I have always wanted to have a place that represents what I love most about not just riding but life as well. Life is all about learning a progressing every day. Its about being open to all possibilities. The Jibyard is a place the is built and completely dedicated to that cause. Like the Jibbers who session here every day, the Jibyard itself will never stop developing new concepts and toys for all of you to come and play on. We stared out with 4, and we already have 12 different rail options.
My brain is busting with so many concepts and ideas, and as a lot of you know, I can go on for hours about them if you don't stop me. I love what I do, and the Jibyard is my heaven. I built it because it is what I love, and I am so stoked that you all love it. It means a lot every time a jibber leaves and says it was the best time they have ever had. I cant wait for the jump to go in. I just finished the designs and it is going to be perfect. We will hold a big air contest to celebrate.
Every company who is affiliated with the Jibyard does it out of respect for what we stand for. We dont accept money from any of them. There support comes from a sincere mutual respect. The Jibyard does not believe in affiliating with companies who are in it for themselves. We are in it to leave a positive mark on the NS spirit.
I promise you all that I will never let the vibe the resides here die. Everyone here is stoked on helping each other and cheering each other on. I dont tolerate better riders hating on the less experienced ones. We all sucked at one point, and we all need to remember that.
I have had a lot of emails and calls asking if we are going to build other Jibyards. I want nothing more than to offer a Jibyard for all of you, but the Jibyard name means a lot to me. If I can figure out a way of doing multiple Jibyards without it losing its soul, I will do it. The Jibyard will never become some big deluded setup were the people who run it don't give a shit about you.
The Jibyard is not just an indoor terrain park.....It is my dream, and I am not fucking around.
Thank you all so much for your support of the Jibyard, and Mike and I promise to keep it "yours" forever.
Sorry for the big long story, but I just wanted you all to know how I feel and express my thankfulness to you all.

Thanks Brad for building such an awesome place. I seriously had soooo much fun when I went. When you go you'll never want to leave. The atmosphere there is awesome. No hate just a bunch of people who love skiing and snowboarding. EVERYBODY should check this place out at least once. You will become addicted to it. I wish Jibyard the best and hopefully Brad can make one of these on the East so more riders can enjoy it. If you live even somewhat close I suggest taking a road trip to Ogden and check the place out, you will not regret it. Thanks again Brad and all the other guys there for building such an awesome place to ride.

yeah if it was just a wee bit closer to boulder id be all over it....

maybe jibyard #2 in boulder?

wish there was a bay area or a seattle jibyard. I might actually be decent if I had this to practice in teh summer. haha. The jumps sounds ridiculous to.

Man i wish i could drive. i live 14 hours away though... It sounds so sick and gosh thats what i would do every day if i could, Thanks for building it, it sounds amazing, i'll defff get in there someday when im in utah

kind of a random ass question but who did the graffiti in the park? just checked the site out and couldnt help but notice how dope it was

We had a contest and had about 20 to 30 artists. Every year we will wipe the building clean and have another one to keep the looking fresh.

I have a feeling a JibYard in Cincinnati would do surprisingly well. But it's probably just a wishful dream.

does it beat this funnest place on earth?

but im sure this is a real sick place for gettin yo rail game on.

place is sick brad! love how laid back it is, pretty much just do what you want. its so sick to ride there and learn new shit! stoked on it for sure

Come see us for cheap.

Mike and I want to build more Jibyards, but we won't ruin it to do it. I want all of you to have the Jibyard you deserve.
We are going to build a $5 a night hostile next to it.
There is a huge building next door that we are going to expand into in the future and I am going to build a hostile as well. ($5 a night) per person. No Shit.
$5 a night with the Jibyard and 11 resorts within 45 minutes......Dear God!
Since I can build a Jibyard near you, we can make it super cheap to come to us in the mean time.
We are going to be putting together weekend packages for under $100. This will include 2 full days of riding, meals, and lodging. As soon as I can buy an airplane, we will handle travel as well ha ha.

I am not going to pay myself a dime until the Jibyard is fully loaded.
We are just a little baby right now, we have so much more shit to build in here for you and me.
Jibbing is all the income in need.

I like my parents basement...Ha Ha.

I WANT TO BUY A JIBYARD DOG WHO LIVES AT THE JIBYARD, AND I AM LOOKING FOR A BABY BULLDOG. LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE OF YOU KNOW WHERE I CAN GET ONE OR IF YOU ADVISE A DIFFERENT KIND OF DOG.

Super stoked that this is all working out for you and that it's been received so well.

Keep it pumping. And call the dog grind or soul or something.

We just dropped in a new rail today. its a super sick up down rail with a donkey dick on the park side. its way fun, kids were thowin down on it today

Really sucks that I live in New Jersey now.... bummer, but what about getting a lab or something? a lab is perfect for the granola eaters of utah, besides, bulldogs have WAY to many problems, TRUST me I have one.

but I'm going into the ghetto of Trenton to pick up a puppy Pit Bull next week. I will be happy to save a bad ass pit from livin' in the hood, fighting, getting scared and lit on fire if it loses.

I agree man on the Pit Bull idea. They are rad dogs and can be freindly, but I just can risk that chance of it linching onto a kid. Im still stoked on the Bulldog.
