Irreversable (French) is fucking gnarley. Theres such a crazy scene where this guy gets his head collapsed by getting beat repeatedly with a fire extinguisher.

Also lots of Thai horror movies are crazy, theres one called the craft or something where fishhooks start coming out of some dude's skin.

Takashi Miike movies are gory too, ichi the killer unrated was pretty bloody.

and Dead Alive is probably the goryest zomibe movie, but its pretty fake looking
