What is the equivalent of NS for snowboarders?

im trying to find other sites where i can sell my shit and im having trouble, no beats NS FUCK!!!

i don't think snowboarding has a website that is nearly as influential on the sport as newschoolers is. You don't see pro snowboarders on the forums of snowboard websites like ns does. You don't see snowboard companies selling blow up penises
 
Imo that's why Newschoolers is so one-of-a-kind. Even though its just a website, it brings all of skiing together into a tight-knit community by having one central place where every skier, including pros and industry bigwigs, come to get info and talk about their favorite thing-skiing.
 
yeah nothing compares, i snowboard most of the time, and ski a little. but i'm probably 10 times more involved in the skiing culture than the snowboarding.
 
There is nothing, thats why I hang out here and deal with people asking me if I realize I am on a ski site a few times per month.
 
Haha thank you, however although through sarcasm, you are by far the most seasoned NSer to alert me of this. Usually it is someone who has been on the site for 2 weeks that brings the hate. The older members know whats up.
 
i couldn't careless if you're a snowboarder.

we share the same mountain, snow and features; so why shouldn't we share a website?
 
sell all of it here, might take a while, but stay firm and it will eventually go, some snowboarders float around on here, and even some skiers snag that stuff.

NS is so cool with all the competitions and shit you guys cover. i mean there was a fucking newschoolers team at JOSS this year. do you guys realize how huge that is? how much that shows that this website has such an enormous influence on the industry?

if you look in the newschoolers video section, or just browse the forums, there is a new edit dropping, either from a pro, or from some amateur 15 year old little bastard with a gopro and a parkjump, like every five fucking minutes. i have fourteen snowboard blogs in my bookmarks, and i check them fucking daily, and i rarely see any new edits, and the ones i do see are just the same old tricks and the same old fucking style. sure, theres innovators out there, and i do love most of the pros i see today, i even enjoy watching the stuff they put out, but nothing can match the amount of new, crazy, shit that comes out of newschoolers and the amount of coverage and sway on the industry this place has. i feel like the ski community is inventing new tricks, holding new competitions, and discovering new ways to hit features and finding crazy new riders, at a much faster rate than snowboarding, and it seems like the epitome of all this creativity and coverage and shit is right here at newschoolers.com

i hear alot of bitching on this site about pros not trying new shit and not inventing or innovating enough, but you guys have no idea how good you have it. this year, after however many "sunday in the park" edits, i only saw like four or five new tricks. over an entire season. thats like as many as i would see in a single ski edit.

this post is poorly written, makes little sense, uses words and grammer improperly, and doesnt have a totally clear point or definition, but i think if you guys read it kinda carefully you might get what im saying a little, basically, skiing is moving faster than snowboarding, and as a snowboarder, this bums me out, so i come here and watch you guys do cool shit, because the snowboarders i wanna see do cool shit are out somewhere doing not cool shit.

 
i snowboard and float around here. this site is boss. i used to check out snowboard.com sometimes but that site is full of douche baggery
 
Same; You guys tend to be WAY nicer than most snowboards...most of the super gypsy/hesh boarders are all assholes in the park but skiers are way more chill.
 
There is a thread somewhere. At least one that I know of for sure.

But there isn't an equivalent. Some shitty myspace like ones. Some legit video sites. And transworld and stuff. But there isn't anything similar to ns
