What is the deal with the Red Deer water ramps?

So just wondering if they are open or not, and if you have to book ahead of time? Im planning to head up there sometime soon. Ohh and if anybody wants a ride up there i have a truck.
Any help would be awesome.
 
they were open for eight days in august. now were down to 2 days: tonight at 5-9 and thursday night

all you need is 40 for the day and have insurance
