what is the biggest cliff you have dropped

i've dropped 25 or so as my biggest i would say..just nothign 2 hit ever...i jumped off some buildings also and landed in powder/pools, does that count? haha

Does 5 feet count? Man, living near Buffalo really limits the coolnessof the skiing.

I've got Big Willy topped, I did on that was about 6 feet, but I just stood at the top and jumped off, didn't actually ski over it.

The cliff it's self was probably like 20-25, but I landed probably like 30 down. It was enough to roll up the windows four times.

the biggest stright drop was somewhere between 25 and 30 feet. the coolest thing i ever did was a front off a 15 foot cliff, i hip checked but keeped going and was able to get back up and ski away. looked pretty cool on film.

probably only 15 or so, it'll be more this year for sure

umm i found like a 10-13 foot one in the UP last year and went off way to fast and fell pretty bad. i never realised just how high it woud be. i cant imagine 50 feet. how do you guys actually measure? i just stood next to it and estimateed

I've done a 50-60 footer a couple times, and have done flips off about 25-30. Where i live is perfect for cliffs.

Unity....... word up!!!

um like 20...theres huge ones in co though

Why do you guys say, 'I have to take a shit' when you just leave it there?' JF learning english

I did about a 7ft. one that used to be a dranage ditch at my hill it was pretty funny.

yeah mine was really like 25 feet, but i landed 50 feet away from it on a pretty steep landing, and using the pythagirum and theorum i figured out that the distance i dropped from the top of the cliff to the landing was 49 feet

FIS SUCKS

the only cliff near my place is about 10-12 feet it's ok to drop off of

I'd have to say that 90% of people grossily over estimate how big the cliffs are that they drop. And its not just in skiing its also in things like cliff jumping. According to other people I've dropped 60 foot cliffs and jumped off 95 feet into water, but its all crap the real numbers are about half of that.

um well see once.. i skied over the curb of my street. it was soo scary. i mean. who woulda thought 50.................cm could be so scary.. never again guys.. never again!

I rule

I jumped of my bed once, but got scared, so I did not jumped off any other cliffs...

yeah cliff sizes are often overestimated. ever notice how 20 feet on the ground looks much shorter than 20 vertical? not saying that some of you haven't hucked some big stuff though

Hey schwags...how big is the jungle? about 40 or so right? so i know i've done atleast 40...and the cliff at mission is bigger than that. I dont think I'm over exagerating when i say I've done 50-60 but who really knows? I didnt measure the damn thing before i jumped of it! either way who cares, I'd rather drop cliffs all day then stay in the park.

cliffs kick ass but in ontario they are few and far between

I say what I mean. I'm really not into kissing ass. - Jason Levinthal

I measured the size of the drop based on my height. I stood nest to it and it was about a foot taller than me, but I can see where it gets to be a problem with the 20 or so foot cliffs.

Oh man ontario cliffs suck ass. I hit this 10 footer that goes onto a run and just completely flattened on the landing. Completely winded.

I think anything over 20 feet is fairly hard to estimate, the line between 20 and 40 seems to get pretty blurry sometimes

Like 15 feet.....then I got injured last year. I hope to go bigger this year.

iv never really had a chance to do anything bigger than 10 ft...... iv jumped off pretty high stuff into water tho (like 35 ft), i love that feeling when you drop.

Funny how massive corporations and media giants like NBC refuse to support new skiing events like big air and big mountian, yet they use the latter's image to enhance their own. Actually, not so funny. Suck it, NBC.

dude ryan you can goo sooo huge on the jungle.. it can be like 40-60 ft..

-Pull out the nine, pop in the clip (poW) let one slip, into these crazy fools.

yea i guess depending on where you land and how much snow it has. So i guess i would say i've done anywhere between 40-60ft.

our biggest cliff here is 7 feet on to a flat, pure ice trail. OUCH! otherwise I have done a 70 foot tree huck into water

I was dropping a 20 feet cliff land on a cornice and drop another 20 feet cliff, it was all funny untill I got to the cliffs to fast and dropped the two at the same time... it was scary but damn cool.

ive never hit a cliff with my skis...jay peak has a 15 foot cliff and a 40 footer...i am hopin to hit the 15 footer this year ...maybe even frontflip off of it

i did a 1000000000000000000000000000000000.0x10 to the 23909676878 power

footer once. It was narly and shit, I was falling for 3 days. My mom packed me a lunch that I ate, then I 'fell' asleep, hoping that I'd be on the ground once I woke up. Little did I know I would spend 2 more nights on the fall. It was pretty scary, I actyually shit my pants twice, once the first day and once the last day. when I finally saw the ground I started cheering and stuff. I landed in 2 feet of powder and ski away. it was a good time. I'm dropping it again in feburary, but this time I'm bringing a girl with me so I can fuck on the way down.

Worst. Signiture. Ever.

I dove off a 50 footer up in Yuba. I also did a flatspin 7 off a 20Ft cliff. If you add how far I landed down the hill, its close to 40.

Late-JD

I've done a good 5 feet or so - I fell goin off a 10 foot one my dad got me to do when I was 12, that was pretty funny. I didn't understand that you have to jump up some.
