What is the best way to film without friends who ski/snowboard?

title, but also how tf do yall stabilize your footage? I'm using my moms old canon camcorder and a Sony A6400 but my clips come out shaky most of the time from me just being handheld. I'm coming in from photography so its quite a big change for me.

regarding title, make some friends on hill first. or not friends necessarily but people who you could ride with and are on good terms with. ask them if they're down to film. have a way of contacting them after so you can show them the cut before you drop it. usually a good idea to check with people that they're happy about the clips that made the cut. Sometimes people are bummed if they have higher standards for themselves and they dont like some their clips

thats a great idea, I've been way to shy so I'll take getting to know people on the hill as a challenge for my self this year.
