What is the best custom Ski Boot Liner?

in the end its about the same concept... an foam injected liner for a full custom fit, not just heat molding... zipfit is good too, its all about the shop/tech behind the liner, who knows what to suggest for what reason

The sidas range of conformable liners are your best bet. You can get a full foam injection option, in either stiffer leather of softer materials. The softer ones are better for filling volume and the leather are good where taking up volume is not needed. They also do a good range of heat mold liners simiilar to intution, but not as big and bulky. Cheak them out.

Zip fit is a bit of an old technology, i find it a bit hard and cold.

Intutions are good and comfy but dont last that long in my experience.

Do the liners that you fill with foam come with the liquid foam stuff? And would you have to go to a special boot fitter to get them filled

^ yes the foam for foam injection liners, starts as two liquids. you mix them they react and that foam is then forced into the liner around the foot. Its that reason it gives the best fit. And yes you will need to get them done at a shop, and you will need a footbed (but you should have one anyway)
