ya cr does the best bio's. it be really hard to do a bio ona tramp, cause you need forward momentum.

no, in a misty flip you flip right over, in a bio you just g off axis it so that your head is downhill (forward) and then you bring it back. in that video your head goes right under your feet and you flip forwards. if it was a bio your feet would not go above your head and your head would be more forwards and less to the side.

i look at bios as a cross between an uninverted misty and an un inverted rodeo, like instead of throwing you legs over in a rodeo they just rotate to the side......anyway i dont kno where i was going with that.

when setting a bio you punch your right arm forward and up, as your goin off the lip this will set you in a rotation forward instead of throwin your arm down like with a misty.

^ bingo. I think it's in all of last years ski flicks? Trick of the year was CR's Bio 900 oppostite tail over the 110 ft table. Now that's a Bio spin.
