What is a good dirt jumping bike?

NO, the last kona I had I snapped in half, literally. Get a black market mob. One of the best dj frames out there.

i like my giant stp a lot.... its quite heavy but takes a hell of a beating .... if youre not very good like my and think youll be rough with your bike maybe check it out
 
I liked a giant stp ss that I used before, idk what your looking for price wise, but the stp isn't that expensive and has decent components. I'd also recommend single speed because you never have to worry about breaking you derailleur.
 
first of all, dont listen to the whole "omg get teh konaz!@!" (unless they speak of a shonky, their pretty legit, but most other kona bikes built for jumping are shit

speacialized makes a solid jump build, i think the new p3 goes for 1800 and is like 28 lbs stock

or you could go from the frame up and build your own bike, in this case black market and doberman and such bikes arent a bad sale atall( iu have an 08 riot and love it to death) ive had previous expirirences with norco, theyre more liek mediocre(not too sure about the 09s, maybe tey stepped up their game)

but for simplicity sake id look at the new p3
