I can't find it anywhere on the net. I figured someone here would know. Obviously I'm not looking to purchase one, but I have to write an article about some shit where this would be relevant. I don't mean including the bully, just the pipe dragon itself.

cheers cunts

ps this isn't knotbox it's one of his friends so best not be judgin' a brother

Hay cunt! its worth 30 brazillion dollars, ask a better question and you'll get a better answer! Hint, learn how to look stuff up yourself!

No problem, in case you're ass-chapped, your phone does wondrous things! Have you ever thought about looking a company up that sells them, and actually calling them? How about emailing them? How about stopping being lazy? I bet if you actually gave a shit about the price of a 21ft pipe dragon, you'd figure it out! Christ, I didn't realize people were so lazy.

fuck you're helpful beanpick.. cunts didn't have a negative connotation in the context of his first post but i can see how it would now. fuckbag.
in answer to the question, im not sure, but seeing as u live in OZ i think it'd b pretty hard to contact a company by phone - i think email would be ur best bet.
cheers cunt!

Well...I know that a used Pisten Bully 400 is $250,000, and I think the 13ft Zaugg we were looking at (used) was about $40,000 (but I'm not entirely sure on that). So my guess for a used 21 footer is about $100,000 (which is why only a few mountains actually have one).

Certainly. Have you ever actually cared about something and looked it up/called about it yourself? Apparently not. It's really not that hard to find a solution to this problem- find a company online, call them, problem solved, fuckbag.

Seriously dude, he asked a legitimate question...there are TONS of industry people on this site and people that do know that answer, so he asked it. While asking an actual company would help backup his article, asking the question to get a rough estimate isn't a crime. You need to chill and shut up, there's absolutely no reason for you to have responded to this thread what-so-ever, yet you did just to hate on someone...so whose the real "dick" "fuckbag".

He didn't ask a legitimate question- he asked a question that he should have no problem answering on his own. The real "dick" "fuckbag" is people like you who let shit go like this. Its incredibly easy to call a company and actually figure it out, it would take what, like 1 minute of your time? Just curious Flashkick, how long would it take you to call up a company and figure out a price on something? Have you ever tried? Way easier than asking for your "fuckbag" "dickass" advice about something you don't know.

how many companies do you know in australia that make pipe dragons buddy? u expect him to place an expensive overseas call outside of the company's business hours as opposed to testing the waters in a free thread? and u've already wasted 10 minutes of ur time starting unnecessary arguments with ppl ur never gonna meet. must be a brill life u lead...

Fair enough, I didn't realize he was from Australia- I understand that calls are expensive. 10 minutes and brilliant life I lead? I'll take that, from fr33rid3r following the thread....teh lolz

please shut the fuck up. if there is a place to ask a skiing related question that he is having trouble finding, this is the goddamn place.

I must say I am disapointed.

I saw "21 ft, dragon and worth" in the title so I clicked on the thread. And when I skiimmed over the first sentence I saw net so I was like "What is this guy, some kind of a dragon hunter?" Then I read the rest of the post and had no clue what you were talking about, (Yes, I know, Quality Post :p)

Yea, for relevant stuff. Have you ever asked about how gear performs? Oh shit, you can't just call a company. Have you ever watched an edit? Oh shit, this is the place to go. What gets me is questions that can normally be answered in less than the amount of time it takes to post a thread.

So then by your logic EVERY person in gear talk asking about gear is asking an illegitimate question...which is stupid. I see no problem with his question, would it be better to find out via the company itself but asking here doesn't really hurt either. The price of a pipe cutter is NO WHERE on the internet, because you can't just go out and buy one. Do I know how to go about finding out...yeah...because I know people who have bought them...and they no where to find out...but he's probably not that lucky to work at a mountain in a position that actually uses groomers to build terrain. And, since he lives in Australia and most of these companies are based out of Europe then it wouldn't be as easy as picking up the phone and calling.

beanpicker is actually making some good points. At first I thought that his delivery was a bit over the top, but then I saw that the thread creator called everyone a cunt; his response was warranted.

Things I think are worth noting.

1. If you want to do this for an article, you should be willing to put in the effort to look it up your self.

2. If you want to do this for an article, newschoolers.com is not exactly going to carry much weight as a source.

3. Contacting a manufacturer or distributor would probably lend a more solid answer in less time.

4. The Manufacturer probably has an international toll free line or a Australia/NZ office or distributor.

5. You live in Australia, prices are not uniform across the globe, despite classical economic theories.

6. A phone call may be expensive and time zones a nuisance, but email can usually be done for free, and is not hindered by time differences.

Flashkick, stop arguing man, you just don't get it. I knew I'd spark you (hence why I did it, pompous much?) if I asked anything gt related haha. You're right, the "price of a pipe cutter is NO WHERE on the internet" so what do you do? What you should really do is call the company. I really doubt you've got a legit price on a 21 ft pipe dragon, and based on your response I'd really doubt you personally would ever be able to find the real price.
The real problem as cobracommander pointed out is that people are too quick to jump to NS to solve their problems. If you've got a question (and yes, I assumed this was for some sort of assignment) its really much easier to call the company or email them. They will answer your question, and will be much more accurate than asking all 12 year olds of NS to guess a price or suggest advice.

don't quote me on this, but i believe i read in freeskier that a new pipe dragon was $500,000
