What im i doing wrong

it looks like when your setting your spin you are leaning backwards and falling backwards. just try to stay forwards in your boots

youre leaning back way too much. keep your weight downhill off the lip, through the air, and on the landing. also try fulltilts. i got some and could do backflips.

Go faster at jumps and actually clear them, also don't lean back of the jump, stay forward and land balanced

not as steezy as you

what your doing wrong is: your abbcessing about it so much that you make your ns name soley based on 1 fail of a trick.

You gots no pop brah.

But seriously. You need to pop (read:jump) off of the lip of the kicker. THEN you spin. On top of that, it looks like you're looking downwards at your skis when you're spinning which is throwing you backseat and off axis. Stay centered coming into the jump, shins firmly against your boots, look out level at the horizon, pop, suck you knees in, spin with your core and your head, not just your head (and try not to really throw your arms) then spot your landing and stomp.

You'll get it, man. Don't be discouraged by any ass on here who try's to make fun of you.

The 1st one you spun too early and were WAY to backseat.

The 2nd was better, but you no-popped it and were also too backseat

The 3rd still needed to pop, you were a bit more forward, but not quite enough.

When you approach the jump, keep your weight forward, so shins in the front of your boots, knees over your toes, shoulders over your knees...it doesn't matter if you look steezy, learn the trick then add the style once you get it. Turn you arms and shoulders slightly to the opposite direction of your spin to set the spin (just like you were in the video, but keep your weight forward over your boots/toes) Then once you get to the top of the lip, pop up and begin the spin. Use your eyes, remember where your head goes, your body will follow, so keep looking over your shoulder till you spot the landing (this goes for bigger spins, just keep looking till you spin what you want, although you do need to set a bit more too). Once you spot the landing, prepare to land just like a straight air, just absorb the impact, again keeping your weight forward, remember your going from an upward ramp to a downward landing, so you need to adjust for that.

You could also carve into the spin (I'd start doing this once you actually get the 3s down, but it'll help once you get it)...everything is pretty much the same as above, but instead of going straight into the lip, you carve a turn into your spin (so if you spin left, carve a left turn on the kicker before you pop).

your spning before you get off the jump. go get a bigger jump and dont pre spin. also go faster so you dont land in the flat.

from my experience this is what i see.

get comfortable on some bigger jumps. (pop them and shifty and grabs and stuff without spinning)
then try a 3 on a tramp or something where you are in the air longer than if you just did it jumping up from the ground
then try a 180 on the jumps.
right before you do it on a jump visualize that when you are at the top of the lip you wont be vertical (you'll be a bit back) so you want to make yourself more vertical by popping like you do for straight airs, that should correct this way2backseat epiphenomena.
(also popping is when you sort of spring off of the jump putting more weight back to the back of the ski before the lip and sort of ollieing at the top)
first time will probably be pencil steeze, but as long as you just get comfortable with the idea of spinning your body around you can change your style and stuff as you do it more.
also if i am wrong someone tell me, im no pro so i may have messed up a bit in my explanation

I was goign to go in depth like this but I would just be repeating what Flashkick had to say.

Not trying to be a douche at all but if you use poles it might help you keep your weight foreword.

Keep you're hands up in front of you, unless you're Tom Wallisch the second your hands drop to your side you will lean backseat. Trying to afterbang in mid air does not work.
Also when thinking of popping make sure you are in a full crouch before the jump, once you get used to popping hard then you can start getting ready to pop later. Also being able to pop well will really help you're stability in the air and eventually help you learn grabs while spinning.

your 3s actually look kinda steezy because it looks like a nose butter but dont go off the sides of the jumps up to rails. people will hate because you look like a gaper doing that. and whats the name of the song?
