I do this most days because I live in the middle of no where and its a 25 minute drive to my school (i've made it in 12...)
 
movie doesnt really make any sense cause if there was a planned day with no laws or emergency services, the biggest drug cartels would just take the place over in a few hours and then the whole country would be fucked. next question
