Okay so about a week ago I ordered a pair of PX Jibs from sierrasnowboard.com. They arrive today and are nothing what other websites have described and are completly different from the picture they had posted. The bindings are completly black with a clear shock absorber instead of the green one. The DIN also only goes up to 10 on these. The thing that is really screwin me up is that it says PX jib on the heelpiece. I call up the customer support and the lady tells me that I have to order the wide version in order for it to be a 12 DIN binding. This made absolutly no sense, I thought wide was just saying that the brake would be wider for a wider ski. So does anyone know what the heck they sent me? Is it an older version or was the customer service lady right and I had no idea what I was talking about?

the pxjibs are the junior version of the px12 jib and thats why the din is only to 10. or i think thats what they are

becuase those are the px team, jib and are the junior one. post a picture of them.

I say fuck that, you ordered a 12 DIN binding and they need to send you one, tell them you want them to ship you the PX12 Jib, and they can pay for you shipping the JR. ones back to them, and for shipping you 12's...it was their fuck up.

word, say that. and if you are a young kid just have one of your parents call them, if you sound young they are just gonna try to push you around, when I was younger and shit like that happened I'd just put my mom on the phone, granted if it was about something like ski gear it'd take me about an hour first to explain to her what was going on... really though you should get some 12 din bindings and you shouldn't have to pay any more $, it's bad enough you already have to wait longer than you should to get what you ordered.

Hey maybe if you didn't buy shit online and went to your local ski shop instead, none of this shit would ever happen.

it sounds like you ordered those bindings, no offense, did it say din to 12 on the site you ordered them? cause if not you're probably out of luck.

haha man the hours of explaining sucks. No mom, ski stuff is supposed to be baggy "Well how can you move then?"

well they don't even carry the 12 DIN version but after a bit of bitching they said they would refund the shipping charge. Even the shipping they rip you off on... 20 bucks.
