What happened to the D Spin?

It's right here bubba

No, but really, I think they just got replaced by the cork 7. Cork 7s are safer and i guess a little easier to do and variate (I can't be the judge of that since I can't do either). D-spins still look super dope though, there's a 44 year old skier who still busts them out once a year and my jaw just drops.

Ive been throwing some back in 2011-2012 season. The trick is so much fun to do, its like combining a corked out start and finishing in a backflip.

I found they are hard to grab and judges dont really like them because it resembles the cork 7 from the table.

Ya man thats it! Ive been out of the seen for about 4 years and the style has sure change from when i was 17... i miss those nice slow D Spins 720

I did a d-spin 7 like 2 weeks ago, I thought it was a rodeo but I was told wrong. Tight trick

while we're on this topic, what happend to bios as well? i know vinny cash does doubles and henrick does em but i havent seen anyone else do them

The D-spin lived with the Dinner Roll, Skodeo Flip, and all the other trick names that shouldn't have really existed in the first place.

loved doing these. i think its still around depending on who is throwing a corked spin. most dub corks have the first 720 being a d-spin.
