Brought the two together really well.

I think we'll see less of it in october for the new one

He sold out? What if you were in his shoes? One company is offering you 10 grand a year then another comes along and offers you 50 grand a year to ski on there skies or wear there product, what would you do?

I have a question for you, and I am dead serious about this, and I am not accussing you, so please do not get mad at my question.

My question is:

If you were skiing on a pair of Made'n ak's or Seth Pistols/Publics, would you leave K2 to ski big mountain on a pair of Pocket Rockets? I know now that Salomon has a bigger twin tip [1080 Lab], but even that is not more than 100mm in the waist, right?

Would you do it for the pay increase? Tell me why?

 
Fuck ya I would. 50 grand from Salomon, you do understand what one can do in one winter with that kind of cash. On top of that HH pays their top athletes more than most ski companies. Imagine haveing a 100 grand from three companies to go heli skiing at 4 or 5 destination around the world. Setting next to you in the chopper is Hugo, Seth or Mc Conky. No comps, just ripping fat lines and hitting natural train like it's your own private park. Thats pretty much what Abmas doing. Even if you had to ride a ski that wasn't quit as good as the other, I think a great skier has no problem making it work. Salomon also makes custom skies for the guys that are making 50 grand a year. Fun Factor goes way up for a big mountain skier that has a big bugget.

 
Not sure what you mean by "MSP Homo." He's shooting with PBP this year. I think he's got some pretty good stuff.

I would never base jump. You guys should buy the Yearbook DVD and watch "All In A Year" in the extra features. I would never risk eating shit like that just to jump off of a 600 ft cliff.

You would turn down five times the difference in cash to stay home for the winter and not have enough money to go anywhere. Your stupid. Some of you guys think all this shit is about staying core and being loyal. Not ture. Money talks and bullshit walks is what this is all about.

with abma it wasnt the difference between sitting on the couch or killing it, it was salomon and a billion dollars or k2 for a bit less, and same for HH/Sessions, all just for msp...

chwbx, your wrong. THe money difference was huge. With both K2 vs. Salomon and Sessions vs. HH. 4 times the difference. THere were other factors as well. Small companies have contracts for year to year bullshit. Big compainies sign there top guys to multi year deals. IF he gets hurt he still gets paid. Who's really taking care of the athletes? Not all the small companies that will drop your ass as soon as you go down.
