The story of FlowMotion.....We had to shut it down due to another company out of Florida that was using the same name ...and they Trademarked the name before we did ...So we were SOL...they gave us some time to get rid of our inventory and we were left with a lot of disappointment....Bad thing about it is FlowMotion was really making some headway and had a ton of great stuff coming out for the next season...Thanks for all of the support ...FlowMotion was about to explode and now we are back at ground zero...we will keep everyone posted on the progress

that definitely sucks. really sorry for you. but why didn't you at least google the name before it stuck? I mean, if another company is using it already it'll take 20 seconds to find out.
 
Wow that's terrible I'll take some of your extra inventory off your hands! I know it is hard to keep your reputation with a new name. It seems like M-Elihu did a pretty good job of it from inversion, even though they are smaller.
 
Yes we did but it is a bit more difficult than that...we were registered in our state...then the next step is trademarks to where the name is protected all over the country...Trademarking takes a long time to process...and I guess the other company beat us to it....Long story short
 
Can you not just continue to manufacture with the same logo but just change the name. Just let newschoolers know, Schmuck will write a news story on it, carry on trading as normal??

Yeah dude, if you really wanted your business to continue you wouldnt just fucking give up because of a little set back like that. Change the name man.

Sounds like you went bankrupt or were too lazy to actually run a company so you're just telling people you out to drop out because of another company.

Sounds to me like you gave up dude, business has much bigger set backs then that.
 
^ what? it's incredibly difficult to run a company, even if that isn't the reason why flowmotion has stopped there is no way that it was because they couldn't be bothered, keep up the good work guys and hope you find another name as well as returning to business.
