damn u guys r harsh on everybody, I wonder how good at skiing all these shit talkers are. Raps is one of the founding fathers of this sport that all u shit talkers are bringing down. Everybody tries to compare skiing to snowboarding, but I dont recall snowboarders ever talk shit on the people who made the sport what it is today. so if possible chill down a little and start to respect the people who started this movemnet.

not saying i have much room to talk, but all you ever see raps do is 180s, 360s, cork 7s and a few other tricks 1000 people can do. I just think there is sooooo much better unknowns out there. Time to see more newcomer's out there that have a bigger bag of tricks

Give me a break! I think Raps is just as good as most pros, but let's be realistic! If want to look to the roots of this side of the sport, look to Plake, Schmidt, or Hattrup. Even further, look to the hottdoggers of the 70's, Wayne Wong, etc., when the FIRST twin-tip was made (OLIN MARK 4).

 
^^^ finally someone who knows what they're talking about! its funny how many people have said raps was good BACK IN THE DAY..of course he was good back in the day, so was brad holmes but you dont see him anywhere now except for doing really gay articles in Freeze..no doubt they were the best in the sport at one point but then they got passed up by people who were better

for sure magnum, u r def right about that, but I do feel evan has helped progressed this sport and was a leader of the newschool movement. All I was saying is evan is one of the leaders and revolutionized the twin tip movement.
