What format should videos be in when you post them?

I recently uploaded the video 'Nick', and it isnt able to be downloaded. WTF?? anyone who has any clue whats wrong with it, or suggestions on how future videos should be uploaded, PLEASE HELP!

Hmm... you can upload any type of video you like, as long as it's smaller than 5MB in size.
