What exercise equipment is Good for ACL Prevention??

Just searchbarred for prior justice of thread and there was no mention of any decent equipment that people use to prevent ACL injuiry. I know swimming and running and cycling is decent for prevention but is there any indoor kit like leg press etc that would be of any help? And any routines you as NSer's use

I do a lot of stabilizing exercise like doing squats with dumbells on something like this along with my genreal running and biking

No but seriously get a friend both of you stand on one of this bad boys and throw a medicine ball back and forth, also doing squats and stuff. Does a great job for your stabalizers and for looking like a Gun at the gym.
