What effect is this?

at 2:14 and a ton of other times in this edit, the screen either shakes or the frames of the video scroll up or down. don't know how else to describe it, but it happens almost every time the music drops or they land something steezily haha.

yeah I'm pretty sure it bad tv, and It is in FCE under one of the effects tabs, I don't have my computer with me right now, but search around and you should find it

A quick change in pan (zoom). just keyframe real quick in and out and you have a "pop"
