What effect can high school suspension have on college?

My friend showed me how to log into the schools library account and check peoples grades. My high school found out and they say its a felony and it will at minimum be 3-5 days in-school-suspension. What effect will this have on college applications? Ive never done anything bad in high school and I've had a clean slate until now. I finished last semester with a 4.0 and i currently have a 3.8. Will this drastically effect my chances at college? Please respond.

To answer in short, no.

That's fucked man, it is going to be on your permanent record and you wont be able to get into college or get any job other than gas station clerk.

No, youll still be able to get into a decent community college. But youre fucked if you wanted to get into a university

A felony is pushing it a little. But to answer your question.

ZERO

You will be fine...I got suspended for fucking one of my teachers in my principal's office and I still got into Harvard.

Okay you are most deffinitely a ski bum who only uses mcdonalds wifi to post shitty comments about Harvard on threads.

That's nothing. One or two mishaps on a record doesn't affect you. Once you start regularly getting into trouble is when you should start to worry. Talk to your school's college adviser about it and they'll say the same. They might make you write a little letter or some shit but it won't be a hassle.

That's nothing, you'll be fine. I got expelled my junior year of high school and it didn't affect my college choices at all

whatd you do

you have heard of a black mark on a permanent record. its would be somewhat similar to if some spilled a reservoir of black ink onto your college apps.

Movin green on school property, if the school had decided to press charges I could have got nailed with max 20 years and $20,000 fine

You "could have" lol you sound dumb bragging about a maximum sentence you didn't get. You probably had a zip or two and they would have knocked it down to misdemeanor possession and you would have gotten probation.

You don't sound cool talking about "movin green" and maximum sentences that you never got.

in my first year of college in english class about 2 weeks into second semester these school officials showed up and expelled this girl, apparently she had too many dress code violations in high school, point of the matter is if life were a marathon, youd never make it past a mile all because you thought itd be funny to hack the schools computer.

Haha no you wouldn't of. You would have got like 100 hours community service and a $1000 fine or something. Don't be such a drama queen!!!

this must be an american thing.

cause up here in canada the only thing that has absolutely any impact on your acceptance to university is your highschool transcript.

i have never ever ever heard of someone not getting into a post-secondary institute because of highschool disciplinary suspensions.
