what drums to buy/ HB drums??

heya im looking for some drums to gig with, rock metal whatever. anyone heard of the brand HB? apparently theyve got dream theatre and stuff. is HB quality??? and how is the predator?? any feedback would be greatly appreciated. got a gig soon

dont do cheap on the cymbals, it really is not worth it

He's right, even the lowest end Paiste's are a billion times better than any no-brand half bronze, half plastic cymbals.

(I'm in a band, go to purevolume.com and check out East Coast Skank. Our recording sucks, but bear with it...)
 
I dont know anything about HB drums, but I just wanted to drop a plug for Yamaha. I've had a Stage Custom 5-piece for about 3 years and she's been good to me. Yamaha hardware sucks though, esp. the pedals.

my dad bought me a drum set thinking it was a good set..it was originaly 800 dollars for a big piece of shit..he paid something liek 5..Its a pulse 5-piece pro kit or something;..so ya me to im looking to find a new set for not to much money....if your willing to pay the big bucks id go with orange county drums..or pearl has some awesome setups..

 
i think i've seen an HB that a guy i know rents to bands. it was the most beautiful set i have ever seen and he said it was great.

Hey do any of you guys have a set to sell??? I would really like an orange Yamaha or like an orange Pearl..... i really need a new one! Mine sucks! With zily cymbals though.
