Looking to purchase a drone to mess around with. Nothing too sophisticated or crazy expensive. I have a gopro hero 3 silver. Should I purchase a drone that carries my gopro? Or something with its own camera? Thanks ns community. U always come through with these questions.

Lol just go to target and buy a remote control heli and duct tape your gopro

BOOM

Saves like 400 bucks too.

Do not do that. Get like a 350-500 class 4 channel rc heli, $100 will set you up with one on amazon or someplace. Don't get 6 channel if you're a beginner though

DJI Phantom.

Best bang for your buck, period. Don't listen to the rest of the kids in here and dont bother with M&A because those kids still dont know much. It'll probably be a bit outside of your price range but get it. I would then recommend hacking the GoPro or send it in and get the 50mm lens without the fisheye and then start making bank on aerial gigs :)

Thats cool if you want to spend alot of money. Get a kit and build your own, it'll be cheaper and you will have more options as far as gimbals and FPV setups

It won't hold a camera and I can't remember the name but the bumble bee looking one on Amazon is the shit. About 10 of us bought them at the same time and they're rad as shit. Flip button, almost indestructible...12/10 will buy again when mine breaks

Everything I've watched from Mitch Bergsma (sp?) makes me agree with you
