What do your roomates do that bother you most?

Take him for a walk and make sure he walks on pavement. That's what keeps my dog's nails trimmed.
 
This was years ago but .... When we had run out of toilet paper, my flatmate, when drunk, would usually wipe his ass with bread, causing the the toilet to get blocked by shit covered bread.
 
My old roommates refused to be responsible dog owners. It was my friend and his gf, and they had a pitbull-german shepherd mix. So it was a big scary looking dog, but she was as sweet as apple pie. But they refused to watch her, and she got out all the time and id end up dealing with pissed off neighbors who thought the dog would eat their kids. Also i spilled a beer once and his gf flipped out at me. The dog knocked over a 40 and broke it, and shes like, ill clean it tomorrow morning, its not her fault, and i was like no bitch, youre the owner, you take the fucking responsibility and get cleaning like you just made me. Fucking shit roommates.
 
i'm pretty chill about most things but leaving dishes in the sink annoys the fuck out of me. It's cool if you are like running to class and the dishwasher is not emptied yet. but if my room mate is too fucking lazy to open the dishwasher to put his fucking bowl and glass in the dishwasher in the morning it just pisses me off. stupid milk-drinking little bitch.

also slamming doors at night.
 
my old roomate used to have like 10 people over every night cook them dinner not clean up one fucking pan and then everyone would proceed to not clean any of there dishes, he would also spend all of his money on ash catchers and glycerin coils for his bong so he never had any money and would just eat my food and then try to make me feel bad for him because he didnt have money for food, even though his parents gave him 200 a week for groceries which he spent on drugs and glass. Annoying ass roommate.
 
Stumble into my room every Friday at 2am to tell me about his drunk adventures during Mug Night.
 
Dishes/silverwear, especially considering we have like 7 forks in the entire house. And then play music for the entire house to hear when were trying to do HW
 
lost his keys getting arrested and now has to use my bathroom key. the amount of times i haven't been able to shower before class is astoundingdoesn't clean his shit up

leaves old food on his desk

constantly plays my xbox and eats my food

doesn't do the dishes

has no concept of "bro code" or courtesy
 
leaving dishes in like our common areas. at least bring them to the sink, i'll put them in the dishwasher for you..

I live by myself so I don't have any of these problems. This might change next year though.
 
all you fuckers with dishwashers consider yourself lucky.

My roomates really have to do a lot to actually piss me off. I cant think of anything that I have been truly mad at them for before. I dont like when they eat my food though.
 
Having to live with people when they are continuously coming down from concoctions of hard drugs is not so fun, that extreme irritability for no real reason...
 
They insist on telling me what to do all the time. They also do this weird thing where they like to be called mom and dad. Seriously though I live at home still, on the bright side free rent and free food
 
coming in drunk and or high at 3 in the morning turn all the lights on and bring a bunch of other people over.

I go out all the time while they don't make the effort to hang with other people. Then they get pissed/insecure and take it out on me because they are childish. GOD, how a year and a half makes a ton of difference in maturity of an individual.
 
I had a cramped dorm room last year, my room mate would sleep on his lunch break and right after class so that he could spend all night playing league of legends when there was less lag. This guy would fucking rage and when I'd tell him to shut the fuck up, he'd take his rage out on his mouse and keyboard. Made it very difficult to sleep.
 
Never doing the dishes. We don't have a dishwasher so everything has to be done by hand, and he will jus toss shit into the sink and it will sit there for days until I get annoyed and do it myself. And leave empties and other shit everywhere in the common area. It's not hard to put something in the trash...
 
my roommate shoots hardcore gay porno upstairs every weekend with his boyfriend. it gets pretty bad with all the screaming
 
I don't focus on the things which he does wrong, and I promise you it's better that way. Compromise...
 
Talk shit/nag me about a few minimal things I have lying around the house when I'm the only one who actually cleans things (like the floor, the stovetop, and the counters). Its super frustrating and now I purposefully dont clean up my buddie's stuff who pulled this after I had just spent a few hours making the kitchen and living room that hadnt been cleaned in a month spotless.

Another thing is asking me really simple questions about straight up everything they do because I have some god damnned self reliance and its easier for them to get the answer fast instead of figuring it out. This sounds a little douchey but its seriously the most obvious stuff that most 19year olds should know, like how to cook a frozen pizza, do laundry, etc... I swear these kids moms used to wipe their ass, I've started giving super vague answers like "probably" and "sure" to combat it...

(looking at it, maybe im the shitty, passive-aggressive roomate? haha)
 
I love my roomates but, leaving the lights on, half drank beers, leaving muddy ski or snowboard boots everywhere. Seems like laundry takes 5 days for them. And use my towels.
 
haha that would suck. you should come see my room, it's a single and it's HUGE. im living the good life over here in tripp
 
that is not bad at all. Life isnt going to be perfect, and if their laundry is in the way just move it. even to the floor. Youre going to have issues like that for every roommate you have.
 
My roommate is now my wife. So, I'll wait until someone makes a "what does your s.o. do that pisses you off." and make the following post in there:

"Nothing"

......dude......she could be NStalking me.
 
we having a drying room since we dont have a drier and i swear i see socks, boxers, tshirts, beer bottles? (the fuck is beer doing in the drying room), shotgun shells?? and other rando stuff that does not belong in a clothing drying room.
