I also don't like the war in Iraq, it is a bad move, bad decision, not enough payback for it to be worth it anyway. But even having said that I think most protesters need to just get off the corners and protest a different way or something. Also taking away peoples rights is bad but c'mon, most these bitches need to go do something productive.

The point is that thier slowly taking away our rights and distancing the people of this country from believing they ever have any chance at making a difference in anything but thier own lives, allowing the people already in power, to stay in power. This is nothing new guys. All it says is that you can't fund or sponsor VIOLENT protest. Additionally it states that if you are sponsoring terroist activites or violent protest, the government has the right to freeze your assets without warning. This is justified by the fact that money today can be moved in a nearly instantanious fashion; a warning shot would give people time to accelerate and accomplish their goals.

It has always been within the rights of the governemnt to arrest you on their perception of violence, but prosecutors have always field day in court when the facts are laid out before a jury of our peers.

Its good that you're being vigilant, but relying on shitty internet forums, with low level discussion for your information is pretty foolish. There is well over 200 years of jurisprudence on this issue, and implying that it could all be wiped away while no-one was looking is preposterous.
