there is a perfectly good reason for it.

cause edge armor is less than satisfactory

they put what he wanted into a ski, he had input on the design, and they put his name on it. it is his pro model ski.

how ever, he is a competing, filiming pro skier, so if he needs a little extra in a ski, his sponsors would be glad to give it to him.

tanner hall has custom bases on his JJS... it's cause they can have whatever they want.
