This isn't opiod or alcohol dependency. It comes down to want and lifestyle change. NOT a physical, medical dependence.
It isn't just about food, it's about exercise as well. You can be addicted to food, but then why the fuck aren't you exercising? Hard. 2 times a day.... because you are a lazy POS perhaps?

But lets look at this the other way around here...
How many "healthy" looking people are actually not healthy? I can think of a ton of people i know who don't exercise, eat like shit, but they're skinny because of their metabolism. These people are lazy POS, probably will get some sort of disease if they eat like shit their whole lives (eventually gain weight when they're older) then what about them? Fat people arent the only lazy, unhealthy people...
