I'm in the process of buying new bindings and would like some extra input!

I just bought the 09 obsethed's and was going to get the griffons ($160)or the rossi SAS2 140 Ti's ($140).

What do you reccomend? Should I go with one of these or different ones?

u gotta give some more info ... Griffons are GREAT, very light, low swing weight and go to DIN 12 only. The SAS2 140 is DIN 14. So do you need a hi DIN....... go to http://www.dinsetting.com/

Some people dis griffons because the are plastic - but so far so good for me - I am 180lbs and have put a couple weeks on them and no problem at all.

My Rossi scratch bindings on my other skis are a pain in the butt in deep snow and they are heavier....and the whole binding set is longer..so it can affect the flex of the ski

Next year's marker Jester will be able to move up or back 60mm so that's next year.

get the griffons. such a solid binding and will be sick with your obsetheds. ive got em on my fujas and they are perfect.

and i have no clue why people are saying the griffons are heavy. maybe compared to the px12 they may be a little heavy, but i cant see how a few ounces can make a huge difference. the swing weight feels the same with my fujas and griffons as it did with my publics and shitty marker bindings that weighed nothing, and my publics were 10 cm shorter...

and every binding contains plastic. yea it would be more durable with a titanium toepiece or what have you, but the griffon is still a very solid binding,

? ive always heard griffons are way lighter. anyways people who actually have griffons only have good things to say about them. and $160? thats such a sick price.

Griffon.

1. It's engineered for wider skis.

2. It's light.

3. It's durable.

4. Low swing weight.

5. It's sick.

6. I have them on my Hellbents and they kill.

Silly rabbit, griffons are for kids.

Seriously thats one plasticy binding. If i was you id go Jester. But then again, neither works well with some well worn boots anyways. I do like sas 140's but then again, im a salomon guy. STH's are the bees knees, unless they are 12's, for lighter, wussier riders.

my griffons i got a month ago got broke so hardcore i dont even know what i did. but i got warranty they are good bindings
