What do you need to know to be a ski school instructor?

ik it might be a stupid question but next season im thinking of becoming one, i just need to know what i need to know.. can anybody help. i mean obviously know the basics but...

You need to be like an intermediate skier and have loads and loads of patience. The rest the can teach you pretty quickly.

It helps if you're good with kids.
