What do you guys do during lectures? besides the obvious

I thought I was the only one that payed attention to northfaces. I always thought they were like columbia...kinda reasonably priced outerwear to hike in or something.

Boy was I wrong. When I arrived at college, I was shocked to discover the base model (standard black/gray fleece) was $150, and some kids have like 3 G's worth of that shit.....

Now I play count the rich kids...1 point for uggs, 1 point for a northface, and 3 points for a combo.

First day of spring classes tomorrow, I'll have to try it.

get everyone to act like they are playing a different instrument in the orchestra and conduct them

play music

interrupt the teacher and make a speech during class

deny everything that other kids say

squint at people/stare at them

i like to day dream, or flirt, or talk to the guys
but in bio 2 i had absolutly no friends in there, so i always listened for the teachers stupid jokes then laugh sarcasticly, then he would keep going on until we were completely off track, it was pretty fun....

walk out early

otherwise just get notes of the internet and don't go to lectures.
 
if you're paying to go to college, they don't give a fuck. unless it was a graduation requirement or some shit. was it?

haha side note i have a class like this. they teach us that if we eat too much mcdonalds and don't exercise we get fat. OH NO
 
i just got a blackberry storm today and played around with it for an hour and half during my business law class. first day so i didnt miss anything important, atleast i hope i didnt
 
i used to work out my butt. flex, hold for five seconds, release, repeat. it was definitely worth it.

or doodle. autonomous robots from the planet cybertron, spiderman, apocalypses, suggestive pictures of women, caricatures of classmates.

or write music. if you know what you're doing, this is an awesome way to pass the time.
 
I like to yell out "I just lost the game", then laugh at all the suckers losing the game. It sparks a nice chain reaction around the lecture hall.

its a required class for the major. everyone has to take it. so yeah, attendance mattered. you got points. it sucked balls
 
see, i dont mind it in classes like those. because you KNOW the prof notices when your gone anyways. but this was a HUGE lecture, yet she still somehow took attendance.
 
EXACTLY. i never understood it. but i got an easy A so oh well lol. and it gave me time to catch up on email and stuff
