Since I'm on a strict diet to gain weight (gotta gain wait or insurance company will rape me) this is what I eat EVERY DAY
half a cup of dry oats, a banana, and 2 tbsp of dried fruit (usually blueberries). I get fancy with it, grate cinnamon, put real vanilla bean in it, crush cloves and put it in, break down the banana and carmalize the sugars, plump up the dried fruit.
With that I have 3 eggs (I have my own chickens, its so delicious). I usually make an omelette with onion, tomato, basil, and spinach (can't wait till all of it is in season for fresh veggies).
1.5 cups of Naked Juice (usually go for the green machine)
and 1.5 cups of soy milk.
