Usually some oats with mixed berries. Or an Acai bowl, depends how I'm feeling and how much time I have. Then a protein shake with a banana in it when I'm driving up to the mountain.

Banana, nuts, granola, chickpeas to snack on the hill.

And then whatever I feel like for dinner.

whats acai

I'm in Breck for the week. This morning was einstein bro bagels French toast sandwich. Then grabbed a pinner from cheba hut for the hill. Dinner was tacos at carniceria la perla.

I do a nice egg, sausage, and toast breakfast. On the mountain having a couple protein bars holds me over well on the hill and after skiing you can't go wring with a nice pizza with a brew.

Coffee and eggos in the morning, then some chicken strips or a burger on the hill, then hit the McDonald's drive thru on the way home

Corn tortillas with cheese, refried beans, onion and jalapenos folded over and fried in butter ot bacon grease.

Either cereal and lactaid or quickchek breakfast burrito for breakfast. For lunch either a mre, waffles, or chicken fingers from the lodge. For dinner either wawa or what ever I have at home.

I bring a bowl with cereal and get free milk from the coffee machine

Snack on whatever is in my pockets while I ski

$2 gas station pizza on the way home

I have mountain and sea beach issues. Due to my weak stomach I can’t eat everything I desire and have a normal vacation like other people. I eat only vegetables and fruits, avoiding meat and fish products. Usually my friends eat a lot of seeds, meat, dry fish and drink a lot of beer. I don’t know why but only when I go to mountains and beach my stomach doesn’t accept any normal food. I have passed the food intolerance test (see more where you can make the test intolerancelab.co.uk) and the results were more or less postive for me. I have allergy only to some ingedients which I have no idea about. I hope in one day I will enjoy my vacations without poisoning and not to deny myself in eating all I want.

When I ski in the northeast it's always a stop at Stewarts for breakfast sando and their chocolate milk. Cant really do dairy anymore without catching the farts but it's worth it for that 10th grade nostalgia.
