P perryhunter Member Nov 30, 2014 #53 I most of the time re-charge through eating delicious and healthy foods. As much as possible, I just limit my riding hours for maximum of 8 hour then sleep as early as possible and avoid too much alcoholic beverages whenever I'm in my ski vacation.
