What do yall do when you dont want to live anymore?

got played again and im just curious what you guys do for fun

I just camped out in the woods with a jar of weed and hiked a mini-park that someone built in the mountains. It was awesome, just me sweating it out while playing music I like. If I couldn't have been able to ski I would've mountain biked while camping.

I could be wrong about the situation i have no idea whats truly happening but i think at that point you have to bring it up with them, and see their position on it and talk about it, mind you easier said than done its hard sometimes to approach family about topics like that but itll help i believe

Take my shitty advice or not im sure it will work out sometime down the road, goodluck

Physical activity, eat a decent diet, good sleep are all needed. Get outside, hike, bike, skate, roll rocks down the mountains, play an instrument, anything to keep your mind and body busy homie. There are wonderful things in this world, sometimes we get sidetracked by others that blind us or shorten our vision, concentrate on you and take care of yourself. There is only one of you on this ball floating through space.

if u have the opportunity go climbing/bouldering in nature. helps to regain control of body and mind (at least for me). hang out with homies, go somewhere, make a fire, listen to music u like.

Things sometimes dont go like they should but thats okay. just have stuff that catches you, idk if u understand what i mean

what do you guys do when injuries prevent you from partaking in physical activity for long periods of time? That's when I find my mental health truly spirals

Do something that’s not as physically demanding.Shooting/hunting and Offroading/working on my rig is what I did when I was out for a few months. Also I learned how to use FL studio cuz I was bored. Try and stay away from video games cuz even though they’re fun they really are a huge waste of time

Gym first.

Then sleep over at my parents and have my mom make me breakfast.

Been going to the gym a lot lately so the latter hasn't been used in years but that one always hits nice

Reading has helped me through my last two long injuries; broken arm I sat on my couch and read Maurice Herzog’s Annapurna which took forever because of painkiller brain fog then this past spring I read like 8 John McPhee books on the stationary bike for my knee rehab.

Its tough because depression can be hard to shake off. Whenever I find myself in that bad place, I adopt a few kittens from the shelter and let them run around in an abandoned gravel pit. Its a joy seeing them romping around, treating the place like its a giant litter box. When that's no longer doing the trick, they make great target practice for the AR. That's certain to turn your frown, upside down!

Currently working off a broken wrist, and have been injured many times before. My Go-to is to create things, the more challenging and time consuming the better. Working on building a desk lamp I designed and it helps me stay busy and motivated while I can't ride my bike and climb. Also spending time with friends and working a lot helps (if you enjoy your job)

"Do you ever just feel like life isn't worth living anymore?"

"Yeah, but then I wouldn't get to see the next Fast and Furious movie, so like..."

Dude Same thing happened to me this winter, it can be anything literally anything but you have to love it. You have to build something. Like an old dirtbike or a drift car or a tree house or learn a super cool skill like I personally just decided to get super good at my job which is cutting trees down and running machinery. I tried really hard and took it slow to get technics down then became faster. I'm 17 working with 20 to 40 yr Olds who have been doing this for years and if they have a tricky tree they aren't comfortable in they call me over to cut it.

Find something you can be proud of to better yourself while thinking about yourpast girl mistakes and learn don't just get drunk it's worthless.

i started doing shit that makes humans feel good from a biological perspective. its hard to start but eat good, move your body, exercise your brain, and chat with people. if i get in a good routine of exercise and eating good, when i eat my body gets the chills and tingles in the best way. eating good and exercising also makes learning easier and you start looking better too, which leads to more confidence.
