powmonkey, did you mean to say that the groomer is a waste of money and they should use the money to take over the military side? if so, then you dont understand the logic of alpenglow buying a groomer, the whole purpose is to attract more skiers, skiers that may not be comfortable riding on anything but groomed trails, alpenglow has formed a reputation for windblown slopes too which isn't appealing to lesser skilled skiers, they need the groomer because its the only way to get certain people up there, also little groms that need to learn in general have to be on groomed flatter slopes at the bottom, alpenglow can also use the groomer to build jumps and manage the terrain park, attracting younger skiers and snowboarders... so in case you didn't get it, the smartest thing alpenglow could have done was buy a groomer, and the whole 'take over the military side' thing is straight up whack, you can allready ski over there and they sold the chairlift anyways, seriously dude, no offense intended but stop making weird posts
