what do pros do with like their old skis, bindings, boots, outerwear etc. when they are done with it?

Point of my statement, they are usually to fucked up to use anymore or are used for urban.

they wouldnt sell them for higher then retail for profit...they get them for free, if they sell them for $5 its a profit for them. but coaches sales at camps are a huge way to get their old gear. a lot of the skis get super beat up though, go for their fat skis, they will only have seen powder most of the time.
