What do I put on my PVC pipe rail?

I just made a PVC pipe rail and I need some ideas on what to put on the PVC pipe to make it easier to slide.

Thanks

Most PVC doesn't need anything on it to slide smoother. I'd try water but you probably just need different PVC.

You dont need anything to help slide pvc, its really slippery already. You either have the sharpest edges known to man, or you have the wrong kind of pvc.

put it on a slight slope... pvc can be sorta slow if you're sliding like 30 foot pvc rails on flat ground, but if you have them slightly sloped downward it'll be so much better

Fairly confident there is just one kind of PVC, but some may be softer than others. You just need more speed or keep your bases flatter. OP's drop in probably looks like this

chances are it's not pvc, post a pic. I know abs cracks like eggshells, might be slower too.

water helps i think, i just put it on because im paranoid about catching a edge and landing on hard ground.

that's a dirty lie, you filed one once.

yeah OP wtf are you talking about? that's why PVC is used in setups so much... it's cheep and slippery. lolz

I don't know why pvc sometimes gets sticky, but mine did a few times, the best thing to do is to rub some wax on it, either skate wax or candle wax... that got rid of the issue for me, but it was really really slippery for a few hits.
