What did you get your parents for Christmas

Framed some pictures I took on some trips I went on this year. Also some coffee from a local roaster and I'll probably find a book or two on theology or something for my dad (that's his jam). The parents are pretty easy to get stuff for and they'd be happy with pretty much anything and would be okay with nothing as long as I come home for Christmas.

What's the picture of?

I go to Montana State and I'm from Michigan so basically lots of cool mountain pictures and other outdoor stuff. Just a nice thank you for the experiences and what not they've provided me, tryna make my mom cry

I got prints of photos of my siblings and I for my mom, and photos of me skiing for my dad. My mom likes reclaimed-wood look frames, so I look for those throughout the year and put the photos in there.

Got my mom a purse from duluth pack because she hasn't had a really nice one in a looong time. Dont know what im getting my pops yet though.

Santa is a fucking dick

Really it's your parent's fault. Santa has nothing but good will for all the boys and girls.

You've gotta leave Santa a treat.

He got more than a treat, he jingled my balls

Pics of the grand-kid. Once I had my little one, gifts became so much easier. The rest of my life is pure insanity, but gifts are easy.

I always paint them something nice, this year I did a watercolor of one of our dogs who died in March for my dad and an acrylic floral painting for my mum

joint gift from my 2 brothers and i, but we're paying for the cabin rental for 4 or 5 days this summer in Bend, OR. happy to have moved on from paying for presents to now paying for experiences. should make for a dope fly fishing/mountain biking/hiking trip.

My brothers and I chipped in together for an Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, Nest thermostat, and a smart outlet.

I personally got them a bluray of the PBS documentary on national parks.

A portable record player for my mom with a Tony Bennett vinyl, I had to find something she doesn't have. My parents, (mom specifically) have HUNDREDS of rock and roll records from the 60's and 70's, Hendrix, Janis Joplin, The Doors, The Beatles, The Animals etc. Then we can break into her good records when we can get them out of the attic.

For my pop, I'm going to pick up a gift certificate for a massage. My old man has more surgical parts and pieces than the 6 Million Dollar Man, especially in his back.

I'm a shitty kid and couldn't get it all taken care of before the holidays with finals and car problems, they're chill, they understand.

I ended up getting mine a hard drive to back up their pictures, a framed picture of the family, some cranberry loaf the wife made and something else I can't think of.
