What did you get for Christmas?

$100 check

Pivot 14s (got last month, but counts toward Xmas)

Bought myself a Saga jacket

Not sure what my Dad or Gf got me.. Both of their packages are still in the mail.

The best present of all.. working a double on Christmas.

well most of this thread was a joke...

but also yeah, skiing is one of the most expensive sports. the average NSer probably lives in an above average income household, or comes from an above average income family.

not saying every NSer is wealthy, but the majority of us probably are.

also, that doesn't mean every NSer is spoiled. just because you get incredible gifts doesn't mean you're spoiled. it's all about what you give, as well as how you appreciate and use the gifts you're given.

And a bunch of other stuff I don't want to spend time posting pictures of.

they're actually ski gloves if you couldn't tell. i've heard good things about them and finally get to try them out in the next few days. they'll be a nice change from all gore-tex gloves for days that aren't windy.

got the rest of christmas today, which include a Carhartt Detroit jacket, Arc'teryx toque, some rei gift cards and line ski suspenders

As well as a new belt, yoga mat, ski tuning / waxing kit, some Gap corduroys, some lightweight leather work gloves for skiing, jumper cables, a headlamp, 3 stooges dvd's, some other small stuff.

Considering I only asked for the hat and tuning/wax kit, I am very happy. Also won $27 in lottery tickets! Woooo gas money!

trip to whistler, an older, in my opinion, better version of pollards paintbrush (line poles), park gloves etc...

North face chromium thermal, jumper cables, angry birds boxers, bunch of stocking stuff, and I didn't ask for much else so my parents gave me 600 cash. And my trip to telluride paid for. My brother got an AR 15 and other stuff haha.

surface double times, jiberish flannel and fresh kut ( all of which I got for over 50% off) season pass, cash from relatives and golf rain pullover and box of nxt tours. So stoked

I got a nice winter coat, because I haven't had a proper winter coat in years. Now I don't have to freeze walking to class or layer a ton of stuff. And lift tickets, now if only the hill would open... Gave my mom 50$ giftcard to macys cause she needs clothes.

you do realize that christmas isnt just for kids, right? i can understand growing out of halloween, but christmas? the whole idea is to give presents and get presents, not just have mom and dad buy you a bunch of shit for no reason. sounds like youre family just sucks, which has nothing to do with how old you are.

Spent my Christmas in a hospital, really beautiful to see Santa give out presents to all the kids and the kindness of everyone there, including the nurses, even though I felt like shit, celebrating christmas another day with the family BUT.. I already know I got 2 lohi sweatshirts, saga snow pants and another saga sweatshirt.

Gonna be that guy, but Christmas isn't about presents, its about Jesus's birth and spending time with people you care about, and thats coming from someone who isnt even very religious anymore says a lot in my opinion, but I'm sure ill get a lot of hate from ns' sub 18 self proclaimed agnostics and athiests population

A gopro and a new wallet, which were the only things I suggested to my folks. Other than that, some trial running shoes, ski socks, and some clothes

To start

My parents both treated themselves to new cars(one was late November, my dads purchasing one tomorrow) they had their previous ones for quite some time, so they deserved it. My brother and I got them some clothes, my mom loves the muppets christmas carol and i got her that on dvd since it got rereleased. Dont really think they got much else. And my cat got 3 catnip balls.
