What college has the most legit Freestyle Team?

usc has come a helluva way over the last few years (back to back overall national champions)

but cu-boulder def still has a strong program too

you guys are getting the wrong perception of a team (or at least the majority of college ski teams)

they are 100 percent better than skiing by yourself

- car pool to the mountain

- share housing

- people to sesh with/push you to be better

- people to party with at night

- friendly competition at events

- wing men

what more would you want?

This is all true. College teams are normally very chill, and are more looking for a way to get better than compete.

I got all of those benefits from my group of friends when I came out to U of U. I guess if you go to a place like boulder where only 5% of the student body are legit skiers then a team would help you find them though. And the USC thing sounds pretty pimp with that house they can stay at and shit.

I don't even think Utah has a freestyle team, but I can tell you if it's a school you're considering it doesn't matter much because in the dorms you shouldn't have much of a problem finding a crew to do all those things with. No place to stay, but that doesn't matter much when your dorm room is 30-45 minutes from all the mountains.

Go to school at CMC in steamboat and join the SSWSC ( steamboat springs winter sports club). Not cheap but very legit.

Eh. I kind of disagree. Since I do ride on a "Freestyle team", Ive had nothing but great times learning new tricks and progressing my skills. It may differ between teams with coaching and all, But my coaches are some of the coolest and radest dudes (and girls) I know. Much respect to them.
