"I saw this photo the other day, and spent several hours trying to verify the extreme claims about ammonia, that the meat includes eyeballs, etc.
It turns out the picture has been circulating for a couple of years, and while it does represent processed chicken meat, it is not full of harmful bacteria, it is not soaked in ammonia (which makes no sense anyway, as that would not kill harmful bacteria), it does not contain any organs. It is just chicken meat with the bones removed and ground to a fine paste, like hamburger or hot dog meats."
