What carrier's cell signal is the best at getting through walls?

Sprint fucking sucks. Outside I could have full bars and walking inside through 1 layer of walls cuts it to ~1bar, its annoying so when the next iPhone comes out I wan't either AT&T or Verizon

I know AT&T is faster since there's their fake 4G HSPA+ in my town, and Verizon has great service everywhere I would be, but would honestly help me really decide is what signal can go through walls better because my school and work both completely block Sprints pathetic ass signal. I know I can Google it and I will but I want to hear peoples personal experience first

in college i never had great service inside most of the doors and houses, id say its the years and years of led paint

In some places with t mobile you can get reception off of wifi. Not very common, only in big cities.

No company is going to have good service though brick walls. I've had 3 different companies and none of them worked in my school.

How bout you just pay attention at school and work at work instead?

Back home in CA, my AT&T service was superior to Verizon, but up here in Pullman it's fucking terrible. The 3G is so slow and the service isn't AS good but I still get it everywhere. The 3G part pisses me off the most.

k, so I guess you've never once checked your phone at school ever? Inside my school is a deadzone for Sprint so I'd like to change that

all depends on where you are in the US. (world really.. but none the less)

in the northeast verizon kicks ass. ATT is ok at best, really better for MA and southward.

dont fuck with any of the pay as you go carriers, they all fucking suck (tmobile, virgin mobile, ect..)

whether I'm in class or not I don't have a single bar indoors, my phone is just constantly searching for service and it sucks the battery dry so I leave it on airplane mode. This is more than enough reason to drop shitty Sprint, especially since when I do have service its slow as hell. Sprint is the shittiest network

I usually just step outside for a couple minutes.

But that's weird, I have sprint and it's fast as fuck. Must be where you live.

I live in Durham NH which has AT&T hspa+ "4G" , that's why I'm still considering them over Verizon, since I doubt I'll see LTE there anytime soon

but yeah fuck tmobile, boost, virgin, they just piggyback on the bigger networks and get drop calls and shit because the big company customers get priority

T mobile isnt like virgin or boost. They have their own network with pretty good coverage where i live. They're also the cheapest big network.

i worked at pretty much every cell phone carrier over the course of about 8 years while i was in high school/college/grad school and I'll tell you that no carrier is perfect at indoor reception. it all depends on tower placement. i've seen at&t phones work where verizon wouldn't, and ever combination thereof. unfortunately the answer to your issue isn't answerable via the internet. you need to ask people in the places you use your phone and find out which carrier works where you need it to.

g'luck broseph.

get a satellite phone, fuck cell towers you get reception anywhere, you can get reception in Antarctica for fucks sake

i probably use 2 minutes a month so 6$ a month vs like 250 for verizon, sounds like a good deal to me

i have at&t which is pretty good at getting through walls, but would verizon or t-mobile be better?

neither of these things concern me in the least because i am a spoiled little bitch and i don't use customer service

verizon does better than AT&T here at my school, i don't get service in a lot of the buildings on campus, but verizon people do

K thanks guys I talked to a bunch of people at my school and Verizon sounds great. Also I found out Portsmouth NH has LTE so Durham can't be to far behind, can't wait for 9/21
