need an opinion guys... its either gonna be a 01 or 02 outback, or 99 audi a4. cant decide. what do yall think?

I have to agree with SVHucker. I have a few years on most of you, and the best I can do is say I contributed $1000 to my FAMILY's '93 Tercel. And it's ghetto to the max. It's a 1.5L, puts out less than 90bhp, and right now a cylendar isn't working so it's putting out less. One of the windows is taped up with a clear tarp, because it got broken into, and we haven't fixed it yet. Our 3 speed automatic stalls anytime you change the gear (it's an AUTOMATIC!!!), the muffler is falling off... literally, and it banging against the bottom of the car sounds horrible and annoying, but it gets me where I want to go, and I'm happy :)

1996 Volvo 850 Stationwagon...its nice but too bad it wreaks of my sailing gear and you always hit your head when getting out of the car on the roof rack...ouch!!

i have the same car as above, a year younger i think. Volvo's are great, except they last too long.

I want to get a VW bug only cause i know that while i'm driving around i'm causing violence to happen everywhere. haha. you know, when you see a punchbuggy you punch everyone around you? see? causing all that rucus. hehe.

hey ABM guy, get the subaru or i'll shit myself! I drive a 98 Subaru Impreza, and it's the best car in the WORLD!!! scooby's are fast, good looking, last FOREVER (at a subaru show i went to last week, one subaru had 275,000miles still running strong!!!) and all of them have AWD. no other car is better in the snow. low center of gravity, but great ground clearance, especially an outback. plus the new ones have 3.0L H6 engines, get the scooby my friend.

Word up to all the subie owners out there!

Hey Brit, im a girl. but yeah, i had a 98 outback, it was a good car, but the audi is a ton more fun to drive, an alot faster. my mom just got the 6.0 ouback, and its nice but i cant afford one, so either way im getting a used one... just can decide which. but yah, i agree that subarus are good, but so are audis. ahhhh, such a hard decision

90 black honda accord with 180,000 miles. intake, cat back exhaust, indiglo gauges. had a system but that shit got stolen last week. burns a lot of oil and it needs an alternator belt and a water pump. god damnit i hate cars. oh wait i dont but they cost too much damn money. i was gonna buy a new car with student loans cause my parents pay for school but my mom said she didnt want me to be in debt so she said to drive my car til it dies then she will buy me a new car.. praying for my shit box to die soon.

 
for those who think its close too tough to buy a nice car and pay for insurance, rent, school, food, etc..

just buy salvage. my car looks brand spankin new...cant even tell it has a salvage title on it. i spent a total of 6 g's on my car which includes the fixing up.

insurance is waaay cheap because of the salvage title, dont go to school...this way you dont have any school bills and can get a decent place to live, and eat cereal for the rest of your life.
