what type of training can you do when your hurt and you can't ski could i balance on stuff or what i tore a muscle in my thigh trying to butter the rainbow!!!???
film your friend rippin it up. you gotta pass, and its about as close to skiing as you can come, without skiing. learn how to edit (if you dont already), and put together a little movie. but as for exercise, posibly light training on an exercise bike, squats, ect. ask your doctor, not us. sucks about the leg. legs really suck.

Sell your skis and buy a bike so you'll be way stronger for next year. I just tore my ACL and that's what I'm doing. Also have lot's of sex it keeps your tendons from tightening to bad.
