I agreed with you until the Krypton's came out. I grew up skiing the Flexons...sick boots for sure.

I would consider the Krypton but they changed the fit of the boot some and it doesn't fit me as well as the Flexon does. Its also heavier. The best change, though, is the buckles. I go through probably a full set of Flexon buckle a year. They SUCK. but skiing those boots is worth it.

X wave 10's and modified 1080's. Speaking of 1080's I might get lynched here but I think the boot sucks. By far the worst liner I have ever seen and the skinniest power strap known to man. People would be much better off upgrading to the x wave series. Just my opinion though.

 
I had the 120's for about 5 minutes and hated them so much. I have been on Salomon for so long I thought I would give Lange a shot. Big mistake. Lange does not fit my skanky beat down feet at all. They felt weird in the shop and I should have known. Try them on lots before you get them. Loads of people swear by the 100's and the 120's and they are well made boots just not for all feet.
