What boots to get?

Just want to get some opinions on what brand of boots are peoples favorites and what makes one brand better than the other. Looking to get new boots and want to see if I can get some info from actual customers before I go spending my money blindly on something that looks the coolest (which is what I usually used to do). Especially want opinions on Full Tilt, Raichle, Dalbello, Salomon, Rossignol, ext.
 
you don't buy boots because your friend has them. You buy boots because it should fit you.

Go to a bootfitter and get a boot that fits you.

Unless you like pain.
 
word, dude you just find a boot that works for you it does not matter what brand it is some will work for some people and others wont
 
highly, highly recommend going to a shop and getting boots fitted properly. As far as brands you can never go wrong with Rossignol, fultilts are really good, and i see lots of people with salomon. But i use rossignol boots, might get fultilts sometime.
 
every single rossi boot ive tried on, felt like shit, everyone agrees at my shop as well, such shitty boots
 
everyone that works at my shop agrees with me. so i dont think its just me, yes i do have experience with salomon boots.
 
I will definitely agree with you that in previous years, Rossi's boots have been less than stellar. But their new Sensor3 boots are tip top- one of the most impressive designs I have ever seen. The quality of the liners and plastics they use in the shell are definitely on par or better than other companies' similar priced boots. They not might be the best fit for you, but that's the story with any boot company.
