What bindings are these?

I'm getting these off craigslist and I'm wondering if they have any resale value or are worth using.

Well, they're 5 whole dollars. So, I figure I could just use them as bindings for urban or something.

by the way an unrelated story, my friend was selling a pair of the old line bindings for 5 bucks, nobady bought them, he kept them and the heelpeice shattered first day he used them, so cheap isnt always good

wow those look like they're from the early 80's, they're neat but i wouldnt mount them on skis. do they even have brakes?
