What are your din at?

dude, tighter bindings mean you are a better skier! freakin n00bzor.

mine are at 8 i think, so i must suck.

i bet his bindings only go to 12 anyway...

Well, I like to add style in the park, so my left ski is set at 1.102, and my right ski is set at 28.14159265359X10^5. This way, when I spin to the right, my left ski shoots off at the desired target(group of snowboarders sitting around jumps). Then, with my right ski, I battle my way through the group in order to retrieve my left one.

haha, some of this is such bullshit. all those people weighing in around 160lbs or less and have DINs at 14+ will find out the hard way why din shouldn't be set too high..your knees will blow out instead of your boot (unless all you ski is groomed racing). If you hit a 40ft cliff and fall and tumble, your skis should be popping off, but with those settings they sure wouldn't.

My Din 7 comes off everytime It needs to!

Saved my ass good once in Jay when I almost crippled a big tree too!! That bastard would've been toothpicks if my ski hadn't saved it by releasing me into the pow. Don't forget though a perfect skier would ride at 0, 'cause with perfect balance and pressure you wouldn't need release... Too Bad I'll never be that good.

10 when i do pow and all

8 on park

im 225 though

seriously set it lower on park, unless you are charging 50 foor gaps you wont need more than 8, plus most parks your skis wont go to far if they come off, and you wont blow out knees as easily

150 pounds and there at 5.5 cause the shop set um this way, i thik id like it at 6.5 or 7 but i dont wanna mess with um, maybe il get um adjusted

i weigh 140 and my dins are at 7.5 to 8 adn they pop out fairly often. it really kinda sux actually, i guess i should tighten them more but i don't want to break myself so i am a little hesitant...

Word, but don't worry about those people though because they probobly only set their toe piece to that and aren't doing anything that will really risk their knees/ankles. And if it does, who cares? They'll learn sooner or later.
